The general chicken feed production line mainly includes these kinds of machines: pulverizer, hoist, mixing mixer, feed granulator. Its selection and installation are as follows:

1. Feed crusher: The crusher is the most commonly used feed processing machine, mainly hammer mill and roller mill. The crusher can pulverize the raw materials into granules of different sizes according to various feeding requirements. The amount of machining per hour varies depending on the model of the machine, and the type of motor used is different. It can be purchased according to the scale of farming. The general chicken feed pellet plant should purchase two units, one for use, and one for standby.

2. Feed mixer: The feed pellet machine is divided into single-shaft mixer and two-shaft mixer. The stirring time of  mixer is generally 60s to 120s, normally 90s. When mixing the compound feed, it should be stirred in batches. The main working part of mixer is the agitating blades. The blades are divided into inner and outer layers, and their spiral directions are opposite. During the work, the leaves stir the feed to make the inner and outer layers of the feed move relative to each other to achieve the purpose of mixing.

3. Hoist: Feed pellet machine is divided into bucket elevator and screw elevator. Generally, small and medium farms choose screw elevator, reduce the cost. The order of installation of the feed processing unit is generally to install the pulverizer first, and then install the motor and the drive belt. The mixer is installed next to the pulverizer so that the discharge port of the pulverizer is just connected to the feed port of the mixer. The hoist can be connected to the pit and the inlet of the pulverizer.

4. Feed granulator: Feed granulator is also called feed pellet machine. Generally, there are four types of power generation: diesel engine type and electric type.
