AugIn order to make the feed mill design better, the material adsorbed to the pulse dust collector is less, and a windshield should be added to the suction hood. The height of the wind shield is 1/2~2 of the height of the suction hood. /5. After the suction hood meets the calculated section, the height should be no less than 1m. Otherwise, due to the sudden stop or blockage caused by the failure of the feed mill or other related equipment in the feed mill, the closed wind screw conveyor will be blocked or the material in the suction hood will accumulate, which will make the dust collector clog and more serious. When the material is piled up, the pulverizer will also be blocked quickly, causing the motor to trip.
Therefore, the suction hood should be made as high and large as possible to avoid the above phenomenon. The position of the suction hood is usually set at the outlet end of the screw conveyor or the other end opposite to the outlet position. At the end of the outlet, it is possible to have a certain impact on the discharge. Therefore, experts recommend that the suction hood be placed at the opposite end of the screw conveyor exit position.
In order to achieve the best working condition of the air volume, wind pressure and air suction effect inside the crusher, the feed mill design auxiliary suction system should follow the following principles:
1.Understand the production scale and work system to determine the amount of material to be delivered and working time;
2. to understand the nature of the materials to be transported, in order to select the appropriate suction form and equipment according to different transport objects, to meet the requirements of process production;
3 .Understand the structure of the plant and the combination of the warehouse and the affiliated workshop. These are related to the selection, installation and pipe network arrangement of the auxiliary suction equipment;
4. Skilled process flow and equipment layout to determine the number of suction pipes and the amount of suction, and the number of channels required to transport materials and the nature of each material, so as to properly combine the network and select the appropriate auxiliary suction Wind speed
5. understand the specifications and performance of the equipment used;
6. Identify technical and economic indicators and environmental protection requirements;
7. investigate the possibility of operational management conditions and technical measures;
8. understand the vision development plan.
