(2) The feed extruder can be used for the expansion of corn, soybean, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, cottonseed meal and other raw materials by using the principle of the extruder. Extruder, feed extruder, dry large extruder, feed extruder for puffed fish meal, bone meal, leather powder, blood meal, feather meal, oil residue, animal scrap, etc. Aquatic feed puffing machine is widely used in feed mills, farms, etc. by using the principle of simple puffing machine.

The feed pellet machine simply compresses the material into pellets by extrusion, also called a pelletizer. The degree of ripening of the material is very low. The puffing machine relies on the shearing, compression and stirring of the screw to fully mature the material, and then the material is expanded and granulated by the compression ratio and the aspect ratio of the screw. After the puffing machine is puffed, the material has a high degree of ripening, which is good for digestion and absorption!

Simply speaking, the feed pellet machine is a device that presses a good ratio of pellets into pellets, and the extruder is a device that heats and matures feed ingredients!
