After repairing the hammer feed mill and replacing and installing the new hammer, the unit equipment showed strong vibration, mainly for the following reasons:
1. The hammer is installed incorrectly. When the weight of the hammer feed mill is installed, the weight will be unbalanced, there will be noise and vibration. When the hammer is installed, the weight between each group should be the same. When the hammer is worn, the hammer is worn. The piece needs to be turned around. In order to maintain balance, all the hammers should be turned over when turning around.
2. When replacing the hammer, the weight difference of each group of hammers should not exceed 5g. After the hammer is installed, the rotor can be freely rotated to check the installation of the hammer. For hammers of unbalanced mass, the rotor can be balanced by electric welding.
3. The hammer is stuck too tightly or stuck inside the rotor. There is no opening during operation: stop the machine and slowly turn it to observe and open it.
4. The rotor is seriously worn and its weight is out of balance. It can be adjusted to balance by welding and soldering iron.
5. The spindle of the card hammer is too worn and should be replaced in time.
