Feed pulverizing mixers are favored by most small and medium-sized farmers because of their wide application range and low investment cost. In combination with the problems encountered by most customers, the operation precautions and adjustment points during the use of the feed pulverizing mixer are organized.

Operational notes:
1. The feed crushing and mixing machine requires fixed installation, and the axis of the pulverizer pulley and the power machine pulley should be parallel, and the two drive pulley grooves must be on the same straight line. Otherwise, not only the damage of the machine is accelerated, but also the belt is often dropped Case.
2. If the pulley needs to be modified, it must be calculated to meet the needs of the spindle speed of the pulverizing and mixing machine. The spindle speed cannot be increased arbitrarily. When the speed rating is 15%, it will cause severe vibration of the machine.
3. It is necessary to carefully clean the raw materials in advance, and if necessary, screen or select them to prevent hard materials such as iron blocks and stones from entering the machine.
4. Before starting the machine, please open the grinder cover first, pay attention to check the internal abnormality of the machine, especially if the cotter pin on the rotor is intact and the connection is loose. When the confirmation is intact, close the cover and tighten the handwheel on the door. Drag the belt by hand to check whether the moving part is flexible, with or without abnormal sound and card collision.
5. After the pulverizer starts, it needs to idle for 2-3min, and it can be gradually added after the operation is normal. The feeding follows the principle of “equal feeding, a small amount of quick addition” to prevent “crashing”.
6. If there is a jam at the inlet, do not use wooden sticks or iron rods to prevent the stick from being brought into the machine or popping the wounded person. It is not allowed to reach into the material port. It is recommended to use a hard stem. The raw material is pushed into the pulverization chamber.
7. Pay close attention to the operation. If vibration, abnormal noise, blockage or outward spraying is found, stop it immediately and check it out. It is strictly forbidden to open the door when the grinder is running. It is strictly forbidden to use wooden stick or hand forcibly feeding or not stopping. Pull out the material to avoid injury to the arm or damage to the machine. 8. The self-made dust bag should be made of a breathable fabric with a length of not less than 1.5m. If the dust bag is not breathable or too short, it may cause the feed port to be sprayed back, and the processed materials should be waterproof and moisture-proof.
9. Before stopping the machine, stop feeding, stop the material in the standby and then stop it. After the operation, it should be dusted and lubricated in time, and it is forbidden to overload the machine for a long time.

Adjustment points:
1. There is a gate or baffle in the lower part of the hopper. The feed amount can be controlled by adjusting the opening of the ram or baffle. For example, when processing bean cake, the bean cake should be broken first, and the maximum size should not exceed 40mtn after crushing; when processing the hawthorn vine, the vine should be chopped first, and the length should not exceed 150mm. By controlling the amount of feed, work efficiency and crushing quality can be improved to avoid overload.
2. The general pulverizer has two or three kinds of screens with different apertures (for example, the claw type pulverizer has screens with apertures Φ0.6nma, Φ1.2mm and Φ3.5mm), and the screens with different apertures are replaced when used. Different pulverization sizes can be obtained.
3. When installing the screen, according to the rotation direction of the rotor, the lap joint at the screen joint should be correctly selected, so that the direction of the inner joint is the same as the direction of rotation, so as to avoid blocking the material; if the screen mesh is tapered, due to the small The hole end usually has a small amount of burrs. For easy discharge, the large hole end should be facing outward.
