The phenomenon of vertical feed pulverizing and stirring unit not sucking or unloading is inevitable in the course of use. For these two phenomena, LIMA Feed Machinery recommends the following treatment:
1. If the new vertical feed crusher does not feed or the feeding speed is too slow, it should be checked whether the voltage is too low or the dust bag is not breathable, or the self-suction pipe is too high or too low from the ground. It is generally believed that the distance from the bottom of the suction pipe to the bottom of the pit is best maintained at about 5 cm. If it is because of the low voltage, it is better to use it when the voltage is stable, if it is because of the permeability of the dust bag. If it is not good, you can change the bag to a dust bag made of a single cloth. The ventilation effect and dust removal effect are good.
2. If the feed pulverizing and stirring unit that has been used for several months or more than one year cannot be sucked, first check the degree of wear of the wind disk, and then check whether the first piece of the stirrer piece at the lower part of the stirrer core is deformed, and the wind disk is worn. If you replace the new wind disk, you should pay attention to the correction of the stirrer piece deformation.
3. the vertical feed pulverizing and mixing unit that is used for a long period of time may also suffer from the wear of the self-suction pipe, which will also affect the suction effect. At this time, a new self-suction pipe needs to be replaced.
