1. Tappet and push rod: When adjusting the valve clearance, it is found that the valve adjusting screw is screwed too deep or even the lock nut has been trapped, which indicates that the cam, the tappet and the push rod have been seriously worn, and the push rod is adjusted to the right or left. Columns, valve clearance adjustments are smooth and unnecessary parts replacement is reduced. 2. Connecting rod bushing: The method of use and its working mechanism are the same as the valve rocker bushing.
3. Valve rocker bushing: Press out the worn bushing, rotate it 90° in the original mounting position, then reinstall the rocker bushing, and use the electric drill or the triangular scraper to machine the lubricating oil passage and the oil hole.
4. Valve rocker arm: The rocker arm is in high-speed impact load, and the bushing and the striker wear faster. When the bump wear is not deep or the wear is slight, and there is no tool to trim in time, the left and right rocker arms can be interchangeably installed, and the accuracy of the valve clearance should be adjusted to avoid large and small changes in the valve clearance. Cylinder liner: If the cylinder liner is worn into an ellipse, but does not exceed the maximum wear limit of the use limit, the cylinder liner after disassembly can be rotated and rotated by 90° for installation. A similar approach can be used if cavitation occurs in the cylinder liner.

7. Flywheel ring gear, symmetrical gear, etc.: The flywheel ring gear often collides or meshes with the drive teeth of the motor. The worn ring gear is pressed out from the flywheel and rotated 180°. After heating and turning over and then loading back to the outer edge of the flywheel, the service life of the ring gear will be doubled.
8. Upper and lower balance shafts: When the long grooves of the upper and lower balance shafts are worn into an elliptical shape, the height of the joints of the connecting rod bushings cannot be locked in the rotation of the shaft end of the oil pump shaft. Open a long slot that is slightly wider, and you can interchange the upper and lower balance shafts. Just follow the balance principle of mechanical equipment operation and reset the upper and lower balance shaft gear marks to continue to use.
