A static phenomenon

B feed rate is too fast
During the feeding process, always pay attention to the large deflection angle of the ammeter pointer. If the rated current is exceeded, it indicates that the motor is overloaded and overloaded for a long time, which will burn the motor. In this case, the door should be immediately reduced or closed, and the way of feeding can be changed to control the amount of feed by reducing the feeder. There are two types of feeders: manual and automatic. Users should select the appropriate feeder according to the actual situation. Due to the high speed of the pulverizer, the load is large, and the volatility of the load is strong. Therefore, the current when the pulverizer is working is generally controlled at about 85% of the rated current.
C hammer and screen problems
Hammer pieces, large wear, screen mesh holes are closed, broken, and the water content of the crushed material is too high, which will cause the crusher to block the sieve. Broken and severely worn hammers should be regularly updated to keep the mill in good working order and to check the screen regularly.
D crushing room negative pressure is not enough
When the powder in the pulverizing chamber passes through the sieve plate, the discharge is not smooth or the wind network pipe discharge is not smooth, causing the pulverizer to block the sieve. There are many reasons for the blocking of the screen due to the problem of the wind network system. For example, if the diameter of the discharge duct is too large or too small, the elbow of the duct is too much and the resistance is large, the pulse is not blocked, and the jet nozzle has a jet pressure. Low, the fan matching department is reasonable, the wind network pipeline is too long, the wind network pipeline leaks, etc., should be rectified and adjusted one by one, and routine maintenance work such as regular inspection, cleaning or replacement of the pulse bag should be done to ensure the normal operation of the crusher.
E material problem
The material is finer, more impurities, and contains more water. At this time, we need to dry the material to reduce its moisture content. The moisture content of the pulverized material should be less than 13%, which can not only improve the production efficiency, but also prevent the pulverizer from blocking the sieve and enhance the reliability of the pulverizer.
