Feed crushing mixer safety precautions

1. The unit must have grounding and leakage protection devices to ensure the personal safety of the staff.

2. When the machine is running, it is forbidden to stick into the machine and the machine maintenance door must not be opened.

3. When the feeding port is blocked, do not forcibly feed the materials by hand, wooden sticks, iron bars, etc., and suspend the machine until the feeding port is cleaned before continuing to work.

4. Under normal circumstances, do not start the unit with load. When the standby device is running normally, adjust the control plug-in board to the proper position, and the main and auxiliary materials should be evenly fed, which is subject to the motor not overloading.

5. When replacing the sieve with the hole diameter less than 4 mm, the feeding insert plate set on the feeding pipe should be adjusted properly. Otherwise, it is easy to jam the grinding disc, damage the bottom of the screen, burn out the motor and electrical parts.

6. The unit should be installed in a place away from fire, ventilation and light.
