SSLG Series Three-Roller Feed Pellet Crusher is widely used in crushing livestock and poultry pellets and aquatic pellets. It is a kind of feed processing equipment that crushes the larger feed pellets which is produced by the pellet machine into the required smaller feed pellets. It is to avoid the use of a smaller aperture ring on the pellet machine. It is an economical method to produce small pellets of feed in a small diameter of mold, which reduces the overall production capacity.
Working principle:
The feed pellets produced by the pellet machine is cooled by the cooler, and then enters the Three-Roller Feed Pellet Crusher to obtain feed particles of the required diameter; the pellets are crushed by the pelletizer and sent to the particle grading screen for processing Sieving to separate out over-sized feed particles and over-fine feed powder. Usually, the amount of fine powder sieved does not exceed 15-20% of the total feed input into the crusher.
