AugDifferent materials are needed in the processing of feed. How do these different materials affect the output of the feed mill? As we all know, the materials commonly used as feed ingredients are barley, wheat, sorghum, corn, rapeseed, soybeans, peanuts, cottonseed, white radish, carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes, sugar cane, straw, etc. The fiber content and other properties are different. The output of the pulverizing mixer in processing these raw materials is also different. Then, what effect does the specific different materials have on the output of the feed pulverizing mixer?
We use the feed crushing and mixing machine to illustrate that the crushing part of this type of crushing and mixing unit uses the working principle of hammer crushing, which is generally suitable for processing raw materials such as barley, wheat, corn, sorghum, soybean, etc. Materials with large moisture content and high fiber content are not suitable for processing with this feed equipment.
1. The material with larger moisture will reduce the output of the crushing mixer. There are two reasons: First, the material with large moisture is soft, it is not easy to be crushed by hammer, and the efficiency of crushing is reduced. On the other hand, when the material moisture is large, the powder after crushing is easy to form a block or paste. It is not easy to pass the filtration of the screen. Even the paste-like material blocks the sieve hole of the screen, which will seriously affect the production efficiency of the powder unit.
2. Materials with a high fiber content will also reduce the output of the feed mill mixer. The problem also occurs in the crushing stage. Materials with a large fiber content, such as straw, are not easily broken into powder by the hammer, and are not easily filtered through the screen. The efficiency of the comminution phase is reduced and the yield during the mixing phase is naturally low.So how do you reduce the negative impact of materials on the output of feed equipment?
1. Select the material correctly. Vertical small feed processing units are not suitable for processing materials with high fiber content, so do not use it to process straw.
2. Reduce the moisture in the material. The raw materials of cereals are preferably dried or dried and processed in production. "Knife sharpening does not miss the woodwork."
