Rolling is mainly used for coarse and medium crushing. It is suitable for the crushing of hard materials and bulk materials. The shearing is mainly used for fine crushing and is suitable for the crushing of tough materials. The impact is mainly used for medium crushing, fine grinding and super fine grinding. For the pulverization of brittle materials; grinding is mainly in fine grinding, ultra-fine grinding, suitable for crushing small pieces and fine particles.
Double rotor crusher features:
a) The design is reasonable and scientifically utilizes the working principle of the hammer-type feed mechanical pulverizer, and the side speed of the ramming machine is increased;
b) The design changes the movement line of the material in the pulverization chamber, fully utilizes the space of the pulverization chamber to enlarge the pulverization area, and protects the sieve piece to the utmost extent, so that the service life of the sieve piece is more than doubled, and the pulverizer enters from the left side. When the material is fed, the two rotor positions rotate clockwise, and the material is moved from left to right by the hammer striking action, entering the left tooth plate crushing area, and when running to the center area, the top-down movement direction is formed, and the right direction is turned. The child hits the material from the bottom to the top, forming a strong striking function of double line speed. The material changes direction of movement from bottom to top into the right tooth plate crushing area. When the material contacts the sieve, all the granular materials have been crushed into broken pieces. The material relieves the strong impact of the material on the sieve;
c) Noise from the pulverizer: After testing, the no-load noise is 102 decibels and the load noise is 95 decibels, which is basically the same as the 66X60 single-rotor pulverizer.
d) The machine runs smoothly. The experiment proves that during the operation, the double-rotor crusher bearing seat support plate is placed vertically with a 5-angle copper coin. The standing is stable and the smoothness is better than that of the single-rotor crusher.
