The main principle is that after the material enters the crushing cavity of the machine, the material is subjected to the force of the rotating roller shaft, so that the material is forced to pass between the two rollers, and at the same time, the roller is squeezed and sheared, and the material begins to break. The small particles after the fragmentation are thrown along the tangential line of the roller through the gap between the two rollers, and the large particle material exceeding the gap continues to be broken into small particles to be discharged. Its working principle and characteristic structure can be expressed as follows:
A. This series of roller crushers is mainly composed of roller, roller support bearing, pressing and adjusting device and driving device.
B. Adjustment of discharge particle size: a wedge or washer adjustment device is installed between the two rollers, and the top end of the wedge device is provided with an adjustment bolt. When the adjustment bolt pulls up the wedge, the wedge will lift the movable roller off. The fixed wheel, that is, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger, and the discharge granularity becomes larger. When the wedge is downward, the two rollers of the movable roller become smaller under the action of the pressing spring, and the discharge granularity becomes smaller. The gasket device is made by adding or subtracting the gasket.
C. Quantity or thickness to adjust the size of the discharge material. When the gasket is added, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger. When the gasket is reduced, the gap between the two rollers becomes smaller, and the discharge granularity becomes smaller.
