JulThe counter-flow cooler is an essential cooling device for the production of feed pellets, which prevents deformation and breakage of the finished pellet feed, and prevents the pellets from being bonded and mildewed during storage.
The working principle of the feed pellet cooling equipment mainly utilizes the relative movement of the flow and the airflow: the material moves from the top to the bottom, and the airflow enters from the bottom of the cooling tank, and the cooling wind and the high-temperature and high-humidity materials move in the opposite direction, so that the material is from top to bottom. Gradually, the cooling is avoided, and the surface cracking of the granular material caused by the quenching of the ordinary vertical cooler is avoided, and the moisture and heat in the central portion are difficult to be emitted.
The specific work flow is: the wet heat pellets coming out of the ring die machine enter the cooler through the feeding mechanism, and are evenly distributed around the cooler through the distributor. When the material stacking height reaches the position of the leveler, the leveler signals that the cylinder is inflating or the motor is energized. Under the action of the push rod, the material door is opened, and the cooled material is discharged from the discharge door. Under the timing of the time relay, the material door is closed after a certain time of discharge. The cooling air enters through the holes of the stencils in the cooling area at the lower part of the cooler, and the airflow passes through the material and is discharged from the upper air outlet. When the granular material is piled up to the height of the leveler, the material door is repeatedly moved to achieve the purpose of timing quantitative discharging. The control system is equipped with a manual device. When the granulator stops working, the material cannot contact the leveler. At this time, the manual switch can be used to discharge all the materials to minimize the residual flow.
