  • There are many reasons for the decline in the output of the feed mill crusher. For example, the poor output of the feed mill, the wear of the hammer, the improper size of the screen, and the configuration of the fan can all affect the output of the mill. If the feed mill or farm wants to keep the mill's output, you must find out and solve the problem.

    1. the moisture of materials is too high
    Too much moisture in the material can affect the efficiency of the water-drop hammer mill. And it is not easily pulverized, easy to block the sieve hole of the screen, which seriously affects the output of the pulverizer.
    Solution: Dry the material or smash it after drying.

    2.the feeding process is not smooth or the feeding is uneven
    The feeding process is the beginning of the pulverization. If there is a problem in the feeding section, the production of the pulverizer will be seriously affected.
    Solution: The feeder is configured without the impeller feeder. If there is a feeder, the inside of the feeder should be checked for blockage.

    3. the discharge port is blocked
    Blockage of the discharge port will affect the discharge speed of the pulverizer, resulting in a decrease in production.
    Solution: Clean the discharge port, or even the residual material inside the crushing room to ensure the smoothness of the entire crushing process.

    4. hammer problem
    The hammer problem is mainly reflected in two points. One is that the hammer is seriously worn, and the other is that the gap of the hammer is not suitable. The wear of the hammer will cause the pulverizer to fail to pulverize the material normally; the gap of the hammer is not suitable, which will result in the material produced not meeting the standard, and the repeated operation will reduce the output of the pulverizer by 2 times or even more.
    Solution: Replace the hammer or use the angle adjustment. When the particle size is small, the spacing of the hammer can be appropriately reduced. When the particle size requirement is large, the distance between the hammers can be adjusted appropriately.

    5. The aperture size and opening ratio of the screen
    The pore size of the screen is an important factor in controlling the particle size. When the required particle size is different, the screen with different pore sizes should be replaced, otherwise the efficiency of the crushing will be reduced, or unqualified particles will be produced. On the other hand, the opening ratio of the screen affects the filtration speed of the screen. When the opening ratio is too small, the efficiency of the pulverizer naturally decreases.
    Solution: Replace the screen with the appropriate hole diameter and opening ratio.

    6. fan configuration problem
    The rotor in the pulverizer will form a low pressure zone in the pulverizing chamber during the selection process. The material will not easily fly out of the pulverizing chamber due to the influence of atmospheric pressure. The purpose of arranging the fan is to manually add a low pressure zone outside the pulverizing chamber. The pressure difference outside disappeared, and the material discharge rate was naturally raised.
    Solution: Configure the fan for the hammer mill.
