Precautions for use of feed mixing and crushing machine
1. Clean up the impurities of the raw materials of the materials. When working, the impurities in the materials should be removed to avoid damage to the machinery.
2. Prohibit improper operation. When the machine is running, it must be operated in strict accordance with the mechanical instructions to avoid malfunction.
3. Timely maintenance. If the machine fails, stop it immediately. After the repair is completed, enter the operation again.
4. Safe use of electricity, it is strictly forbidden to use the motor overloaded to avoid accidents such as fire after the materials are used.
5. When repairing mechanical equipment, please turn off the power supply main gate, and have someone to take care of it. It is strictly forbidden to take over the maintenance machinery.
6. Do not accidentally let non-workers start mechanical equipment to avoid accidents.
7.Under the model grinder series: When working, first turn on the stirring motor, then turn on the crushing motor. Turn off the crushing motor first, stop the stirring motor for 3-5 minutes, then turn off the stirring motor to make the feed fully well mixed.
