JulBody rot disease that means skin ulcer disease, is one of the most common diseases of tilapia during the winter, and its pathogen is a subspecies of Aeromonas hydrophila. The disease is mainly caused by high stocking density during the wintering period, unstable water temperature, water quality corruption and poor feeding management and other reasons, and it is often complicated with water mold. The disease spreads quickly and has a high mortality rate.
The main symptoms: At the beginning of the onset, the body surface lesions are small, and the lesions are congested and swollen. As the disease progresses, the lesions continue to expand. At the same time, the scales around the lesions become loose, erect, and gradually fall off, exposing the necrotic white epidermis, and the epidermis appears ulcers It also rots and muscles, forming a red patchy depression. In severe cases, the bones of the lesion are exposed. The body of the diseased fish is generally not fixed, and the head, operculum, trunk, and fin base can appear. Dissecting the diseased fish, it can be seen that the liver is darkened and brown, the gallbladder is obviously enlarged, and the color becomes darker and dark green
Control measures ①The stocking density of the wintering pond is generally less than 10 kg per cubic meter of water; ②Before the tilapia enters the wintering pond, bathe in 4% salt water for 10 minutes to kill the surface pathogens; ③During the wintering period, Sprinkle with Euchlorine every 15-20 days to make the water body have a concentration of 0.2 × 10-6; ④In the early stage of the disease, isolate the diseased fish in time, and pay attention to stabilizing the temperature of the pool water, adjusting the water quality, and spraying strong chlorine essence in the whole pool 1 time; ⑤When the condition is serious, you can use strong chlorinated essence twice continuously, and take the bait such as "Yukangda" or "Kjunwei" orally, once a day for 3-5 days.
