The working principle of Small Animal Pellet Feed Machine
When the Small Animal Pellet Feed Machine is working, the agitated raw materials are continuously and stably fed into the feeding chamber. The friction force between the raw materials forces the pressure roller to rotate around the pressure roller axis again. The rotation of the pressure roller generates a pressing force to force the material to be squeezed into the flat die hole. When the material overcomes the frictional resistance, the material that is about to be formed will be Continuously extrude out of the flat die hole, and then cut into a certain length of particles according to the required length by the cutter installed on the main shaft, and finally throw out from the discharge tray.
